This place has a warm, friendly feel and great service, and it's handy for getting around. If you want somewhere near Jomtien Beach in Pattaya for a relaxing break, I highly recommend it.

The hosts were lovely and always willing to help. It was a quiet area, not too far from the beach, and my room was small but clean and tidy. There was a shared kitchen, plus free coffee, toast, and eggs each day. I had an enjoyable stay, thank you.

I really loved this place. It felt like home for the week, with a calm atmosphere, no traffic or neighbors outside, and birds singing to wake me up. The room was clean and airy, and I could see the sea. There was a rooftop for watching the sunrise, plus a pool and kitchen to use. Amazing cats around the property and nearby, too 💛 The owners were helpful, and every day there was free hot rice, coffee, fresh eggs, and bananas for breakfast. A perfect place to stay in Pattaya ✨👌❤️

The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet, which helped since the room didn't block much sound. We left our luggage after checkout without trouble and got the deposit back. Still, I wouldn't stay again. For this price, there are better places in Pattaya, though it could do if you have no other choice. The welcome felt cold and unpleasant. There weren't any amenities, and nobody made it clear whether the kitchen was available. The room had no hairdryer, and we couldn't tell if the fridge water was included. They required a 500 baht deposit, and there was a notice saying a stain on the bedding would cost 500 baht. The bedding already had stains. We told the owner, who knew about them and didn't seem surprised.
