For the year my family and I lived at Baan, we rented room 67 on the 7th floor. Nattia, the owner's representative, was always responsive and sorted out any problems quickly. Small repairs, changing a faucet, and fixing the bidet were all done free. Our deposit was returned in full, and I found Nattia and her son responsible and reliable. The condo service could be quicker about issues in shared places like the pools, lobby, and gym. Problems were often left with just fences around them. The elevator to the beach never worked, and I'd like management to give the common areas more attention. It's a quiet, peaceful place, with a beautiful view from the windows, nice staff, and a nice contingent.

I stayed at this beautiful place from November through January. It was so tranquil, with just birds singing and the sound of sea waves. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The wide sea view takes in Laem Chabang Sea Port and Sanctuary of Truth, a whole wood structure shaped by Thai artisan and belief.

The compound's beach is so-so, but having three pools made it easy to spend a few lazy days in the sun. The area is a nice balance, close enough to the central area but far enough away. People providing service nearby are polite and friendly. The complex is clean, and a supermarket, breakfast café, and scooter rental shop are about a 10-minute walk away.
