The clean room, huge bathroom, and big bed made for a very comfortable night. In the morning I saw a male staff member cleaning the front yard and pool, which was spotless, without even a leaf. I noticed him doing it every day, and liked seeing the staff greet each other with smiles. At check-in everyone welcomed me warmly and helped with my luggage. They even offered butterfly pea tea and snacks to cool me down, then escorted me to my room. I loved it here, the staff are lovely, and I’ll definitely come back.

I’m picky about hotels, but Beach Gallery House was one of my best finds in Pattaya. The quiet atmosphere suited a relaxing getaway, while the center was still close enough when I wanted some action. The rooms are huge and the design feels chic, quite different from the cookie-cutter hotels nearby. I especially liked the afternoon coffee bar, with drinks made fresh on the spot, healthy options, and a big selection of teas. Highly recommend!

In more than 20 years of traveling, I haven't had a worse experience. They gave me the wrong room, the staff were rude, and the manager was absolutely horrible.
