Beston Pattaya

The peaceful spot made it easy to sleep, even though Walking Street and the beach were close by. Beston Pattaya Hotel also felt like good value, and I’d stay there again next time I’m in Pattaya. I found the room spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing feel after exploring. The breakfast had plenty of variety, and I enjoyed cooling off by the pool. From arrival onward, the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, and their warm welcome made me feel at home.

The location is convenient for major attractions, with fruit and banana pancake carts right outside, and the hotel itself looked clean. My pool-facing room was roomy and had a comfortable king-size bed. The breakfast was poor throughout my stay. Fruit was limited, with sour pineapple and watermelon, and the rice dishes kept repeating with too much cumin. They were presented as “Indian food,” but many international guests found them inedible. I was also concerned about pool safety: there was no ladder, the floor was slippery, it didn’t seem properly cleaned, and the shower was dangerously close to cactus plants. At reception, no one spoke fluent English, and the front office staff showed little basic courtesy or hospitality. There was no welcome drink or bellboy, so I had to carry my own bags. The deposit policy felt like a scam, and the linen problems seemed planted. I had to insist on getting replacements right away. I also believe reviews are manipulated, since guests were offered coupons for free snacks or mocktails in exchange for five-star Google ratings. To me, the hotel puts fake reviews and questionable practices ahead of genuine hospitality. Safety and food standards fell short. Think twice before booking, as many glowing reviews may be incentivized and misleading.

The quiet location was handy, with Walking Street, Pattaya Beach, and local places to eat just a short ride away. I liked having an outdoor pool to unwind in during the afternoon, and the breakfast buffet had a satisfying range of options. My stay at Beston Pattaya Hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and I slept well after long days out in the city. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. Some team members went out of their way to make us comfortable. I heard a few people mention noise nearby or occasional lapses in service, but my own experience was positive. Great value, warm service, and I’d be glad to stay again. One of Pattaya’s best hotels, highly recommend ❤️

It was easy to arrange a Grab or catch a songthaew nearby, and Walking Street and the beach weren’t too far away. The area was still quiet enough at night for a proper rest. Beston Pattaya Hotel was a pleasant place to stay, clean, modern, and comfortable for the price. My room was spacious, the bed was comfy, the air-conditioning worked strongly, and the shower had good water pressure, which I appreciated after a long day out.
