The view is awesome, and everything is kept neat and well maintained. Staff are polite and kind. The cleaning staff did a really good job washing my baby's bottles and utensils. Good work, team. Keep it up, God bless.

The beds were the best, and the rooms were nice. I've stayed at about 8 hotels recently, so I have a few comparisons. The elevators took a bit of waiting, and not being on the baht bus route was a little inconvenient. Still, the area was quiet and uncrowded, and the staff were fantastic.

The room was cleaner, tidier, and more modern than I expected, and the service was good. The receptionist spoke decent English. It's not too far from PEACH, where I had meetings, and there was no traffic near the place. Grab was easy to get, though be careful when choosing the destination because there are some places named "Beverly Mountain Bay".

The security guard at the hotel door was nice and polite, and the bar and grill next door had pleasant staff and good food. The location is okay if you want to stay up the mountain, with a 7-11 nearby and big buddha close by. Still, I'd choose somewhere else in Pattaya if I had the choice, especially at these prices. I don't understand the 5-star rating; the service felt underwhelming. The bathroom drains smelled unpleasant, and the pillows were so soft they gave almost no support, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The deposit handling was strange. We paid separately for two rooms and each room's deposit, but the hotel issued one form covering both. When one room checked out, they returned both deposits to one person, my friend. At my checkout they said they still needed to inspect my room, which made little sense after the deposit had already gone to someone else. At the front desk, the lady was dismissive and spoke under her breath in Thai, apparently assuming I wouldn't understand as a foreigner. Unfortunately, I understood everything.
