It's a nice place to lie on a chair and take photos, but I wouldn't count on swimming in the rooftop pool. The water is never heated and is so cold that after about two minutes with your feet in it, they go numb. I like cooler water when it's hot out, but this is unbearable and not comfortable for anyone. You can relax beside it, just don't expect to swim. A lot of reviews say the pool is great, but I think those people visited without actually swimming. Try finding a photo of someone in the water. It's there for decoration. Great place, but booking for the pool as a swimming spot will leave you disappointed.

I've been living in this condo building for six months, and it's a wonderful place. The amenities are amazing, it's about as central as you can get, and the condo has some of the best views in the city.

The host was really nice, and the condo was clean, spacious, and well equipped. My room was on the 5th floor with fantastic views, and I imagine the upper floors have even better ones. There aren't mirrors in the apartment except in the bathrooms. The infinity pools were great, and there's a 7-11 right beside the building. It was easy to get to several places, with motorcycle taxis right outside. A heads-up for AirBNB guests: management doesn't allow daily rentals, only stays of a month or more. Don't go inside or contact management. Just speak to your host and he'll take you in. We enjoyed our stay.

I've rented a room in this condo for two years. The management is very good, and the staff work hard and are friendly. I've shared lots of sunset videos from the 44th floor. Search dalerobertcoulter on TikTok to see them.

From the rooftop pool you can swim or just relax. If your room is on an upper floor, you get a city or ocean view. The accommodation is comfortable, right in front of the second road, and I think it's one of the best places in Pattaya for a beautiful view. You can book it through a few online sites. I recommend staying here, and hope you enjoy it :-)
