After nearly four weeks here, I’m unhappy with too many things to stay again or recommend it. I booked a room with a balcony but didn’t get one, and was told I’d have to wait three weeks for a balcony room. That never happened. The AC is faulty too. Even set to 28, I’m still sweating in the room. Today the water was turned off without warning, and after waiting over an hour I was late to meet friends. The staff are nice enough, but couldn’t fix any of this. This was my first stay, though friends had stayed here before. The rooms are probably a little better than most guesthouses and the price is competitive. I had a hiccup paying on arrival because of their EFTPOS machine, but it was eventually fixed, and the receptionist was very helpful.

Spent two nights here for New Year 🎊🕛. With all the bars on the street, I couldn’t believe how quiet the rooms were. Lovely staff, a great location, and I slept really well.

The room was nothing special, but fairly clean, and everything worked okay. The shower got nice and hot, and the fridge came stocked with beer. It’s a central spot right in the middle of all the bars, so expect loud music and shouting outside. There are lots of stairs, so if you can’t carry your own suitcase up, you may want to look elsewhere. It wasn’t too bad, and I’d stay again if I needed to.

The room was spacious and fairly clean, the staff were kind, and it was good value apart from the problems. We had a spacious family room on the fifth floor, but there’s no lift and the stairs are steep. We had several kilos of luggage, and the friendly staff helped carry it. I felt bad for them. There was also very little drinking water. The music was extremely loud and kept going until 4AM. Fine if you’re out partying until 3AM, but awful if you plan to sleep at 10PM. The location works well for a single man, but is terrible for a family with children. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

I spent two days here on my Pattaya trip and had a very pleasant stay. The price was reasonable, and the facilities were excellent for what I paid. Friendly staff provided outstanding service. It’s also conveniently close to key attractions, so exploring the area was easy.
