The service was good.

The location is convenient, and the bed is high and luxurious, though not very wide. I also loved the excellent retractable mirror. Looking into it makes me feel like a young Naomi Campbell, and it makes my heart swell! 😁 The Thai-style cabins are basic but cozy. Mine had a working air conditioner, a small fridge, shampoo and gel in the bathroom, and hot water. There’s a high terrace with a table, which is great. No ants inside, though there were some on the terrace and we got bitten during dinner. There was no toilet paper, only an empty roll, and no toothbrushes, wipes, chopsticks, or similar items. I didn’t see any staff for 24 hours. My husband checked in before we arrived, and at checkout they said “Bye” to the guy sleeping in the storage room under the cabins, but we had to wake him up.

The management was terrible. We waited a long time, nobody came to pick us up or contacted us, and we couldn’t get through to anyone. The room hadn’t been prepared either. When we arrived, the place was closed and empty. The owner said only two employees handle pick-ups and drop-offs. They did return the deposit, thanks for that, but I’m fed up and probably won’t use their service again.
