There was no hot water pot in the room, and the AC wasn't working very well. The room was never serviced, so I had to ask for fresh towels, water, and shampoo. Loud talking in the lobby in the morning kept me awake.

I rented here for a year and it was always very good: clean, quiet, and with a good pool and a nice monthly price. There's 24hr security too. It's close to Jomtien market and 7/11, with a motorbike taxi just 2 minutes away. Would recommend.

The room should be cleaned thoroughly before guests arrive. Guests also shouldn't have to ask every day for toiletries. For daily stays, they should provide a kettle and coffee. Other hotels have staff bring fresh towels, coffee, drinking water, soap, and shower gel each morning.

The room is spacious and quiet, but I don't recommend renting monthly. They charged 200 baht a month for cable TV when there wasn't even a TV. When we moved out, they also charged 650 baht to clean the air conditioner, which I haven't seen other places do. The 500 baht cleaning fee was fine, though we'd cleaned the room even better than it was when we moved in.
