City Garden Tropicana Condominium

A clean, quiet, and nice condominium. The road is quite dark at night and not good for walking, so if you don’t have a car, take a taxi then. The condo offers a Tuk Tuk service from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

I rented Room No. 113 for a year, but wanted to cancel after a month because it was dirty and smelled of mold. I was obliged to stay for the full year. In the end, the owner cheated me and kept the deposit, making up stories. There’s a mold or moss smell, and the facilities are quite old and cheaply built. I also saw many people staying illegally through AirBnB. The receptionist sits at the front desk and seems unwilling to help residents. I’d never recommend this place.

The receptionists were the worst part of my experience here. They were conceited and unhelpful, had no basic manners, and acted as if they owned the place. It would be much better if they were replaced by kind people, or simply didn’t work here.

The condo sits in an impressive tropical setting, with very nice rooms, swimming pools, and a fitness center. Owning a unit here must be a good investment.
