This was the most disgusting hotel I've stayed in, with terrible service. There was no safe in the room, the towel was stained, the mattress had bedbugs, and the air conditioner was broken. When we asked the reception to call the police, they wouldn't do it or give us the police number. It felt as if they might be in cahoots with scammers, but I won't go into details. The only reason to stay here would be if you wanted to head out partying straight away. Avoid it.

The rooms and staff were fine, and the pool was okay too, though one end smelled of street sewage. The bigger problem was the street noise, which carried on into the early hours. If you need to sleep before 4am, this hotel isn't for you.

I found earplugs on the bed as soon as I arrived, which didn't inspire confidence about getting a good night's sleep. The room looked very dated, and they supplied only two bath towels, no hand towels.

It was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep, even with earplugs. If you're visiting Pattaya, please don't pick this hotel.

It's handy if you're going out at night, but that's about all I liked. The building is old and lets sound through, and live music from the bar nearby kept going loudly until 4am, so I couldn't sleep. Even on the 8th floor, I found ants in the room. Mine was on a corner, and sunlight from two sides heated the wall. The air conditioning didn't work. My hair dryer broke during the stay and wasn't replaced, and the hotel also lost my guest's ID.
