There are plenty of places to eat nearby, along with lots of nightlife. Being on the street didn't make it too loud, apart from one night when a nearby club held a birthday party and put speakers out on the street. The bed was really comfortable, and the room had everything I needed, including a nice smart TV, a large fridge, and a safety box. I booked for a week in February 2026, then stayed in that same room for almost two more weeks. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When I accidentally locked myself out at 4 a.m., they answered the phone even though they weren't open and got me back into my room within minutes. I suspect they answer after hours for late arrivals, too. If I come back, I'll stay here for the whole trip. Thank you!

Parking was tough. There was only one car space, reserved for the owner or whoever comes to check the store each day, and even parking a motorcycle could be difficult because that spot was kept clear. I booked six days in March 2025 and ended up staying 11. The location put me right in the middle of the red light entertainment district, and the staff were amazing. The housekeeper did a very good job keeping the place clean, and the air conditioning and hot water were great. There were a couple of things I didn't enjoy. One bar had a birthday celebration with a band and singer performing outside the guesthouse until 3:30 a.m. It was LOUD. During the last six days, renovations brought a new floor at the entrance, with dust, banging, and noise that made an afternoon siesta rough. The guesthouse never apologized or even offered coffee from its new coffee shop to make up for the disruption. Thinking about it now, the coffee there wasn't great anyway. Enjoy your stay if you choose to come here!

For budget money, this has been brilliant. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and it's only a minute's walk from the busy areas. I haven't slept on a bed this comfortable in six weeks in Thailand. I'd definitely recommend it and stay again.
