We were a group and booked five rooms. Our first impression was positive, but the stay fell well below expectations. Two rooms had serious drainage problems, and the shower mixer in our room was faulty, giving only scalding hot water, which was inconvenient and unsafe. Breakfast was the same on all three days, with no variety. At checkout we were charged 300 THB for a missing cup and spoon. That wasn't our fault: one of our rooms had initially been booked for only two people. Being charged for such minor items after the maintenance problems felt like very poor service. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and explains how it will address these issues.

The smell was awful, especially on the 5th floor, where a strong sewage odor spread into the rooms. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. Rooms weren't clean, towels were torn, and toilets hadn't been cleaned properly. There was even toilet paper inside the room's tissue box. The food fell far short of expectations too. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location is a little farther from the main attractions, but the price was reasonable for the spacious room. Breakfast was decent and a good start to the day, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. We had a comfortable stay and found it good value.

The floors and rooms were disgusting, and the rooms were missing basic things like slippers. The pool was in poor shape too. Breakfast offered little variety and wasn't appealing. Even the coffee was worse than what street vendors serve. This place doesn't deserve a five-star rating.

The noise made it impossible to relax or sleep. Walls are paper thin, so drunk people shouting and partying came through clearly. For a place calling itself five-star, that was completely unacceptable and very annoying. If you're in a hurry at checkout, ask for your deposit back early or you may wait 10-20 minutes at the front desk. We arrived around 4 PM, but the room still hadn't been cleaned and was not ready. They put us in a room that was only half-cleaned, with dead bugs everywhere, and the shower didn't work. By local Thai standards it might be called “5-star,” but it doesn't come close to international quality.
