FX Hotel Pattaya

Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide buffet selection and tasty food. The hotel is a bit far from the tourist spots, but you can use shared tuk-tuks if you're watching your budget, or travel with Grab or Bolt. I'd happily come back. The building looks good and clean, and the staff were very polite. My room was quite average and didn't have much appealing decor. I'd read a few reviews mentioning thefts of money or personal belongings by staff, but I didn't have any such problem.

We checked out recently. The rooms were clean, the hotel was good, and the staff were helpful. Special mention to Miss Aaim. Her glasses are spectacular. She's very strict, and as Night Manager she's always busy, but her smile is very costly, she never smiles. We'll come again soon.

The rooms and restroom are a bit cramped, but the service was good. There's a well-maintained pool and gym, too. The best part is the location, right in the middle of the city, with everything easy to reach.

I keep coming back, and the location, value, upkeep, cleanliness, breakfast, and service have all made me happy. This time I was in room 1603, and I especially want to thank housekeeper khun Arun. Always smiling, efficient, and helpful.
