The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms have a modern feel. It is a little walk to the main road, but the quiet surroundings make that worthwhile. For the price, the facilities at Authong Residence are outstanding, especially the large outdoor pool and gym. A hidden gem in North Pattaya, with five-star service and cleanliness!

The pool was clean, and there was lots of greenery around this calm place. At 800 baht a night, it's an amazing deal, with better rates for week long stays.

A quiet spot with a nice hotel, a great pool, and restaurants nearby.

The room was fairly good and had a balcony, but no kitchen. The reception staff didn't seem very responsive. The WiFi in the room was really poor, and the hot water swung between too hot and icy. It's a quiet location, with a medium-sized rest area and parking.
