D D Inn Beach Hostel

Jomtien Beach is right in front, almost like the hostel's front yard, so getting to the beach is easy. The rooms are on the second and third floors. They’re compact and clean, though you shouldn’t expect hotel luxury. There’s a restaurant downstairs, which is handy for cooling off with food and drinks.

The beach is just a stone's throw away, and there’s a free exercise area nearby. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and breakfast is more than enough to keep you going for a few hours. The owner is very helpful and speaks perfect English. Good fun staff and a great atmosphere, all at one of the area's best prices.

I heard music and followed it to a birthday party already in full swing, with karaoke and food. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. Some of the attractive, sexy karaoke singers had deep voices and big feet 🙀🤣😁. It was quite an interesting crowd.

For the price, I thought this was a very good stay. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, the bar was good, and there’s a 7/11 just five meters away. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Bangkok airport bus station and a 10-minute drive to Walking Street, so the location worked well for me. The place is small, and my room was dark, with three double beds and no air conditioning, just a fan for each bed. Still, it was very clean, with a good shower and restroom. I’ve stayed in lots of hostels in Thailand, and gave this one five stars for its cleanliness, the nice beach 100 meters away, and the lack of bed bugs.
