I spent almost two weeks here as a wheelchair user. The staff deserve special mention: everyone was kind, patient and helpful, and I felt welcomed and taken seriously. The hotel is spacious enough to get around in a wheelchair, and my room had enough floor space for me to move comfortably. The price for what you get was excellent. The entrance ramp can be used with some assistance, though it isn’t always easy to manage independently. The real problem was the bathroom. It was so narrow that I could barely use it, even with a small sports wheelchair, and had no comfort or real independence. Grab bars by the toilet and shower don’t make a bathroom accessible on their own. There needs to be room to maneuver and turn, fixtures you can reach from a chair, and a layout that works in practice. That wasn’t the case here. The switches were mounted too high, so I had to stand briefly to use them. There also wasn’t a desk I could roll under properly, which is a clear drawback on a longer visit. The hotel has plenty of potential, but needs to make accessibility work in practice, especially in the bathroom and room setup. With assistance, I’d call it acceptable for a short stay, but it’s difficult for wheelchair users who depend on independence.

I loved my stay. The staff were so kind, the room was spotless, and the whole place smelled lovely. The hotel sits somewhere quiet, which makes it a good choice if you want to get away from Pattaya’s craziness and dirtiness. The pool looks out over the city, too. If you’re serious about working out, the fitness room doesn’t have much, but it’s okay and feels fresh.

The room was spacious, almost like an apartment, with huge windows and a balcony. It was a great price, and the hotel was very clean with all the amenities. The staff were friendly, the neighborhood was nice, and it was convenient for catching a tuk tuk. The two AC units were quiet and cool, though one was enough. You can hear birds and chickens in the morning. There’s also a rooftop pool.

It’s fairly clean, and the price is good for what you get, so I gave it two stars because it’s not terrible. Still, I’d say it barely rates two stars. Service was below average and the hotel is a long way from the main attractions. Don’t book breakfast without checking whether it suits you first. It wasn’t suitable for Muslims.
