I've stayed here plenty of times, but it's changed a lot, and the staff's greed has mostly made it what it is now. Definitely not a family-friendly hotel. The owner is really helpful with anything you need, though, and the rooms are clean and comfortable for the price. The location is handy, close to what you need. Just remember it's Pattaya and soi honey :)

The staff were nice, and my room was clean. The beach is about 500m away, though it's used by boats and isn't really a swimming beach. The bar is in a red-light area, and street noise carried on until 2am.

The rooms are lovely and clean, and the price is reasonable. A nice Swedish guy runs the place. It's usually full, so I'd book ahead instead of just showing up. Highly recommended!

For 500 baht a night, it's not bad. The place was fairly clean, though not spotless, and the air conditioning was there. It's in a noisy area, but works well if you're after a cheap stay.
