The room and bathroom were spacious, with plenty of cupboards and a big fridge. The shower finally had hot water! Location is excellent, with Walking street nearby and the pier close if you want to take a boat to the island. The staff were very nice and spoke English, something you come to appreciate in Thailand. The price was very good too. I’ll keep this hotel in mind for next time.

I spent 27 nights here and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed. Prices are very good compared with nearby hotels, so I’d recommend it to anyone on a tight budget. The location is very good, with everything nearby, including a restaurant and laundry right next to the building. Staff were helpful and attentive, especially Manoj. He’s a great guy and very helpful.

DelMar Hotel is cozy, modern, and very safe and secure. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the bathroom is enormous. Bars, clubs, and restaurants are all within walking distance, so there’s no need to bother with a cab. I loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

A quiet, pleasant place with nice staff. Lots of attractions are walkable, and there are plenty of restaurants around. I’d stay here again if I visit Pattsya.
