The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to help, and the room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning kept it nicely cool, which made the stay pleasant. A few things need attention: the hair dryer didn’t work, the karaoke room had too much echo, and the sound system’s faulty buttons made it hard to use. Parking could be better too. It was still a good experience, but fixing those issues would improve it.

The private pool and spacious villa made it easy for us to spend the day relaxing together. We stayed around Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, and evenings were great for having BBQs and enjoying each other’s company. We took loads of selfies in the sun too. Such a fun trip with friends.

Lots to do and a good range of amenities right on-site, so there’s something for everyone. The rooms are large and nicely laid out, and I thought it was great value. I’ll definitely return.

The pool and BBQ area were great, and the four large bedrooms were clean and well organized. Our group was pleasantly surprised by the space. The strong A/C was a relief from the heat outside. Even though we checked in on a busy Saturday, the process was really quick. Great value, five stars.

There’s plenty for the family to do, with a pool table, arcade games, and karaoke. The villa is in a good spot, about a five-minute walk from the beach, 7-11, and massage places. The room and furniture show some wear from heavy use, but nothing major.
