We booked two rooms on the top floor and found them reasonably comfortable, with everything we needed. The rooms were clean, though a little dated, and the balcony view was great. There was a smart TV, a bonus, plus pots and pans, cutlery, a microwave, fridge, and washing machine. It’s a block from the beach. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, but were happy with the stay.

The unit is spacious, with very nice views from the condo room. It’s an older building, so there aren’t many amenities, and the hallways are very dark.

The condo itself is okay, but the management company is terrible. This month they suddenly tripled everyone’s water bill and are trying to convince people that every room developed a leak this month. The sauna is always broken, too. It worked for one month last year. The gym air con keeps leaking and sometimes doesn’t work at all.

I stayed four nights and got very good service from the owner. The room was very clean, the air con was strong, and all the appliances worked properly. The location is good, with spacious car parking, a swimming pool, and a small gym room. Most tenants are Russian, and they’re super friendly. However, they no longer list the rooms on Booking.com.
