The staff are second to none, and I'll definitely return in January. It's right in the heart of Pattaya beside the Sportsman pub, and just two minutes from beach road. The rooms are large, very clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Please be aware of this security guard and bell boy. He asks for tips even though he hasn't done anything, and speaks badly if you don't tip him. It's disgraceful to have this kind of behavior and service in the hotel.

The location is fairly accessible, though it isn't especially central. Nearby bars can make the area noisy, but rooms on higher floors that don't face the street are relatively quiet and better for light sleepers. Service is decent, friendly, and responsive. For the slightly higher price, the value feels average. The room has a lockbox for valuables, working air conditioning, comfortable size, and an adequate shower. WiFi is available and generally fine for everyday use. The decor feels dated, and the condition shows the hotel's age. The bed is firmer than in more modern 3-star hotels, so if you like a softer, more padded mattress, you might find it a little uncomfortable. It's a 3-star hotel offering a basic but functional stay. A decent option if you want straightforward accommodation and don't mind the firm bed or possible noise. I'd give it 3.5 out of 5.
