I especially liked having private entrances on both sides of the room, one leading to the pool and the other to the back garden. The rooms were spotless and smelled fresh. The place isn’t brand new or super modern, but it’s very well looked after. It’s clean and peaceful, good for relaxing or getting work done, and the location makes it easy to get around. Many of the guests were Europeans, which helped make the atmosphere feel polite, tidy, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were so kind and helpful throughout my two-week stay that I booked another two weeks. I really love this place and highly recommend it!

The place was neat and clean, family-friendly, and in a good spot close to amenities. Everything seemed excellent until we arrived. Although our Agoda booking was confirmed, they gave our room to walk-in customers and refused to give us one. Be careful about booking online.

The pool was awesome, the staff were friendly, and the location worked really well for me. I had everything I needed for the price and couldn’t have asked for more. Loved staying here, and I’ve already booked another visit.

The service is amazing, and the location’s handy for Terminal 21, with its shops and food. The rooms are clean and tidy. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far, especially if you want a fun but quiet, relaxing holiday.

I couldn’t stick out the three days I’d booked and left after two. There were spiders and lizards in the room, the lighting was too dim, and I had to switch rooms twice. The pool was green and dirty, and staff didn’t understand English at all, so even basic communication was incredibly difficult. A very disappointing stay.
