My breakfast was included, unfortunately, so I had to go to Dream Cafe. I was there three times during my week and skipped breakfast the other four days because the staff were so rude. They treated me that way three days in a row, and I didn’t feel anything was going to change. It’s enough to start your day badly. 😡😡😡 I’ve been a chef for over 24 years and eat out constantly, but I’ve never encountered staff this rude in my life. Dream Cafe is listed as permanently closed, but it’s still open. Just a warning to everyone: don’t go there!!

At night, when I checked in at reception, the staff got very rude. The hotel person was fooling all the guests about charges for extra guests. They don’t say an extra guest is free, then charge a very large amount.

The staff were nice, the location was good, and the service was the best. A good choice for a visit to Pattaya. I’ll come back if I visit again.

I can’t really comment on the hotel, but I ate here. The food was quite nice, the prices were affordable, and the products and service were good.

I haven’t stayed here, but it looks lovely. If I needed a hotel in Pattaya, I’d definitely give it a try.
