The bellboy was the real star during my three-night stay. He had a good attitude and greeted me with “Hello boss.” Front desk English was as expected, pretty poor; they basically understood yes and no. I arrived with a cough that was getting better, and staff noticed because my daughter had it too. I set the AC to Cool at 26 Celsius and locked it. On the final night, my cough started getting worse again, so I checked and found the AC was no longer locked on Cool. It had been switched to Dry. If a cleaner changed it and didn’t switch it back, that’s not cool. If it wasn’t the cleaner, then this hotel isn’t safe. I raised it with the front desk, and they said they’d send a technician. A technician won’t solve it, though, because the system worked and there was no technical or mechanical fault. The setting had clearly been changed. The building also has poor insulation. Outside it may look white like every other hotel, but the room turns into a sauna. Once you switch off the AC, it goes from 26 to 31 Celsius in about 20 minutes. There’s a cheaper place down the road, sunshine hotel & Residences, that’s well insulated. You can sleep all night without AC and it’s barely different by morning. They also have AC in the lobby.

The rooftop has a great view, with lovely sunsets, and the location is perfect, about a minute from the beach and restaurants. It also felt very safe, with security around 24 hours. They asked for a 500TBH deposit at check-in. For the price, it’s a nice hotel, with clean, spacious rooms and a decent English breakfast for just 200 THB.

For the price, this is one of the best hotels in Pattaya. The location is amazing and the staff are friendly overall. Breakfast is okay, though the choices get boring fast. My main complaint is the lack of air conditioning in the hotel: there’s none in the lobby, and the room AC was pretty weak.

Very central, with bars all around within one or two km, and the beach just a minute away. Breakfast has lots of choices, both Asian and European. The place is clean, not expensive, and the security guy was really friendly and good. The Art Gallery wasn’t open yet, see pic 😅. Great hotel.

I was here for a two-night holiday, and the staff gave good service. The first night, water dripped from the air conditioner, but they fixed it quickly. It’s not far from the sea.
