The location is right in the city, but it’s not pedestrian-crossing friendly. For safety, anyone can get to your floors. A room three doors away was having a party and smoking until 11 am, despite it being a non-smoking floor. We came back around 5 pm local time and our room still hadn’t been made up. The pool is shared with another hotel, and no one wanted to get into the chlorine-filled water except my sons.

Even though I had a booking and arrived at check-in time, I was kept waiting for an hour. There were no towels in the room, and after I asked, they took four hours to bring them.

Worst hotel. They charge fines for every little thing. They took money from us over damage to pillow covers, even though we hadn’t damaged them. We asked them to show proof, but they didn’t.

The suite wasn’t very satisfying in terms of cleanliness. Cleaning wasn’t done until after 3 p.m., and the front desk staff looked sleepy and uncaring.

The pool is a little run down, and breakfast gets repetitive with very few dishes to choose from. The room itself is comfortable.
