Seashore Pattaya Resort

The male receptionist was especially rude and had no basic manners with customers. We struggled to communicate with the receptionist in English, and staff didn't seem to care about requests, even when they understood them. Our room had no phone, and the remote's battery was dead, so we had to walk all the way to reception whenever we needed something. We even saw large rats running around the pool area. The reception made a disgusting first impression, and the whole place looked very cheap. There are newer small resorts and guesthouses nearby with lower rates. Some may not have pools, but the ocean is just around the corner. Maybe this used to be a good place years ago, but with newer hotels around, it now seems among the area's poorest options for its price. Staying here was disappointing.

The location makes it easy to get around, which was a real plus. But the hotel and rooms could have been cleaner, and they need to provide more soap. There was only one bar per room for both the shower and toilet, so keep that in mind.

20 July 2018. The only good thing was being near Alcazar show. The hotel's photos on booking sites are old and don't reflect what it's really like. Staff were rude and kept shouting for no reason, the sheets were torn, and the pool was dirty. I asked for a hot water kettle, but they still didn't provide one. A really bad stay.

The room was smoky and staff did nothing about it. The air conditioner was very old, and the rooms were small. The hotel itself felt disgusting, with old, shabby rooms and bathrooms, broken tiles, a dirty ceiling, torn towels, and poor quality water. Staff were horrible and rude, with no interest in customer satisfaction. Totally awful. Never book here.
