Our travel agent booked this hotel, but it fell short of what we expected. It's affordable, though I wouldn't suggest it for families. Cleanliness was only average: there were cockroaches in our room, and some towels didn't look properly clean. Complimentary drinking water was limited, while extra bottles seemed overpriced. The hotel allows outside guests, which may not suit families. I've stayed in other hotels with the same policy that did a much better job with cleanliness and the guest experience. Given another choice, I'd pick a better-maintained place next time.

For five years, GLOW Pattaya has felt like a second home. Whenever I'm in Pattaya, it's my first and only choice, and I can't think of anywhere else I'd rather stay. The hotel is tidy, comfortable, well organized, and has a calm, steady feel. The team is what makes it special. Annie, Eve, and Jo at the front desk always have smiles and show genuine care. The whole reception crew is just as wonderful, including those whose names I don't know. Housekeeping is meticulous, and the Security team are professional and kind. Everyone is incredibly friendly and cooperative. Thanks to the whole team for treating me like family all these years. You make GLOW Pattaya shine, and I hope to be back many more times. The Indian restaurant on site made things much easier for us while traveling with a child. It’s a good choice for families or friends, with decent-sized rooms, friendly and courteous staff, and enough options at breakfast. BEE was especially lovely.

Pattaya Beach, Pier Bali Hai, and Walking Street were all close enough to reach on foot, with restaurants nearby at both higher and lower price points. The hotel itself felt modern and clean, and the stay was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, although the buffet selection was a little limited.

Bee really made our buffet visit feel special. She was kind, attentive, and responsible, and made sure we were looked after throughout. The food was fresh and tasty, with lots of different choices. We had a great time and would recommend it.
