The whole team made our stay a pleasure. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping also deserves thanks for keeping our room spotless and making us feel comfortable every day. At the rooftop restaurant on the 32nd floor, a gentleman whose name was something like Yimmy went out of his way to help us take photos and make the visit memorable. His kindness really stood out. That genuine hospitality has made us loyal guests, and we look forward to coming back. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. Moroccan couple passing by.

The skyline view and the whole experience are worth every baht. Thita guided us through the tasting course menu, sharing useful insights about the dishes and spices and helping us choose well. The food was full of flavor and beautifully cooked and plated. Calamari was crispy, tender, and well seasoned, and the soups were rich, balanced, and delicious. Drinks were excellent and expertly made. The outside alcohol bottle policy also makes it easy to celebrate with friends and family. Staff were quick and attentive. Enjoy the company and the skyline.

The rooftop view was amazing, and I especially loved the artificial stars on the room ceiling. Such a lovely touch. Rooms aren’t especially spacious, but they’re comfortable and have enough room. Breakfast had a great variety and was excellent. We came with a large group of around 140 people from our company and partners, and everything went smoothly. Check-in was quick and organized even with the crowd. The location is very convenient, right next to Terminal 21 Pattaya, with shopping centers, restaurants, and massage places all within walking distance. Staff stayed warm and helpful throughout, even when busy. I’d happily stay again and plan to return with my family. Thanks so much for the kindness and hospitality!

The room was flawless, a 10/10, with the latest technology and everything seeming brand new. I’m convinced again that this hotel is in the highest category. What made the stay stand out most was the staff. Everyone I saw had a genuine smile, and things ran smoothly without bureaucracy or misunderstandings. They were professional and respectful with my guests, which I appreciated. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign up, they called to ask whether I needed cleaning, thoughtful without being intrusive. This is big league hospitality. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, right next to Terminal 21 on the ground floor, and the hotel has a lovely environment. Staff were ready to help with luggage when we arrived. Max at the front desk was especially warm and approachable. He speaks fluent English, stays friendly and professional, and always has a smile. He put guests’ needs first and went out of his way to help us throughout the stay.
