High Lords Residence

For what I paid, this was a real bargain and much better than I expected. I booked through Agoda and paid about $11 USD per night in April 2022. Prices may change as more tourists arrive, but I can still vouch for it as a great budget option. It's a minute or two on foot from the beach, and although bars are nearby, it wasn't too loud outside at night, so I slept without being disturbed. My private room was spacious and very clean, apart from a few ants here and there. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, much better than a nearby hotel at a similar price. Staff were warm and welcoming, especially Ms May, who helped me get the in-room safe working so I could store my laptop. There's a large refrigerator and lots of room for luggage. I'm glad I found this place and highly recommend it.

A really comfortable, modern, spacious room, and it felt like a home from home. The room cleaning was impeccable, and the staff were just lovely. There are two televisions in the room. Downstairs you can get great beer, pizza, and amazing kebabs if you're hungry, with a family mart opposite. The location is central for bars, restaurants, and the beach, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. I love it here.

I got the largest room showing as available on Agoda. It was quite spacious and had a balcony. Nothing fancy, but clean, and the location is very good.

The location is perfect for Rom pho and the beach, and the price is lower than most hotels without a drop in service. Staff were excellent. There's a restaurant on the ground floor with all kinds of food, plus coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails at reasonable prices. It was my first stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the big, well-furnished rooms. The bathroom was good, with strong water pressure. There was also a hairdryer, a balcony with a proper table and chairs instead of plastic ones, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and WiFi.
