The staff are always really friendly and helpful. Some rooms have water damaged ceilings with small holes, but I’ve never noticed any mold or smell. The beds are clean.

If you want Thai food, I went to the little eatery right across the road for an authentic meal, and I’d give it five stars. The hotel only serves an “American” breakfast, with no local dishes, which is a shame. It’s a quaint little place, more boutique than hotel, with a nice cafe feel out front where you can watch the cars, coaches, and speed boats go by. Get there early if you want a seat. Lots of regular foreign visitors show up as early as 7 or 8 am.

I stopped for coffee on the terrace of this 36-room hotel next to y condo. The Bon Café was very good, and the staff were really friendly. I paid just 40 THB for a large hot Americano.

I spent a lovely week at HH3 during the low season and really enjoyed the low price. The location was great, especially being just 50 m from Jomtien Beach. I highly recommend this hotel.
