The food was a highlight, especially thanks to Pie at the hotel restaurant, who suggested some delicious, authentic Thai dishes. Miss Kee also deserves a special thank you for her thoughtful care and hospitality throughout my visit. I had a wonderful stay at Amber Hotel Pattaya, with a welcoming feel and attentive staff who made the experience even better. I’d gladly recommend it to people visiting the area.

The pool bar was especially enjoyable because Lily was so friendly, welcoming, and good at her job. Her warm smile and positive attitude made our time there better. My stay at Amber Hotel was comfortable and well organized from start to finish. Thanks to Lily and the whole team for the hospitality. I appreciate it and hope to return.

May was especially kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, and her service made the stay more memorable. The staff throughout were professional, attentive, and friendly. We enjoyed the lovely ambience, comfortable rooms, excellent room service, delicious food, and wide-ranging breakfast buffet. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Pattaya.

Nut at the poolside bar was so attentive, cheerful, and lovely to talk with. The staff were friendly and professional, and we felt very well looked after. Amber Hotel has a cozy, beautiful atmosphere, and the stylish, comfortable rooms made it easy to relax. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. Highly recommend Ember Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tom made our trip back to Bangkok more comfortable by arranging a bigger taxi once he noticed how much luggage we had. We had originally booked a small car, and he took care of the change without us needing to ask. Noey at the bar also looked after us day and night, with tasty refreshments and a warm smile. From arrival to checkout, everyone was friendly, and the fitness area, massage services, and pool made it easy to unwind. We really appreciated all the kindness and helpfulness. This will definitely be our go-to hotel in Pattaya.
