The rooms were what I expected for the price, and the front desk was friendly. Some amenities were outdated, but the essentials were all there: a comfortable bed, strong AC, hot water, and a working toilet. I stayed two nights and would come back. For me, it was a solid 10 out of 10. I’m not sure why the reviews are so negative. Also, a review said there was no elevator, but that’s incorrect. There’s a working elevator on site.

They charged us 500 THB for supposedly stained towels, but when they showed them to us, we accepted responsibility and cleaned them ourselves. Once cleaned, there was no stain at all. Even though this was clear, the staff refused to return the money and kept arguing instead of apologizing. Their rude, unprofessional behavior made the stay extremely disappointing. It felt unfair and dishonest to keep the charge after the stain was gone. Guests should be treated with respect, not wrongly blamed and made to pay. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

ICE INN has clean rooms at a good price, under 900 baht a night, and friendly staff. It’s in the heart of Pattaya on 2nd road, about 100 meters from Central Festival, Pattaya Night Bazaar, Mike shopping mall, and Pattaya beach. There’s a 7/11 about 20 meters away, with lots of restaurants nearby. I recommend it for anyone wanting to stay close to Pattaya’s attractions.

Thief. My pants were stolen. They first told me they weren’t there, then said they were in the staff room. But the wallet and earpods inside were gone. The receptionist tried to protect the cleaning lady. Very bad place, don’t book.

The Iceinn is clean and nice, with great prices. The ladies at the front desk are great and treat everyone nicely!
