IP Plus Beach Resort

The room is lovely, but dance music has been blasting for hours. It’s making the room shake and the windows vibrate. It’s getting late, and I hope it stops soon. Peaceful? Not at all.

We booked a beautiful beachfront room at IP Plus Beach Resort in Koh Larn, Thailand, and the staff were fantastic, kind, considerate, and outgoing. Dinner by the water is a must, and the fire show on Fridays and Saturdays was the best I've ever seen. For beach activities advertised on billboards, ask the staff. They may be able to get you a lower price than the advertised rates. Scooters are also available to rent at the same price as elsewhere on the island, with the convenience of returning them right there. The rating only goes up to five stars, but I’d give them ten. If you want a beach resort, look no further than IP Plus Beach Resort.

We had dinner and breakfast here, and both were delicious. Our clean room was right beside Ta Waen Beach, with the shaded beach huts just a short walk away, a lovely place to relax by the sea. Booking directly with the hotel also gets you a free motorbike rental, which was a great bonus.

The rooms are good, and the staff are helpful and nice. The main hassle is the beach right in front of the hotel, which is crowded with speedboats and jetskis. We had to swim at a different part of the beach.
