I stayed for over a month and would gladly come back. It’s a good budget hotel without frills, about a 10-minute walk from Walking Street, Beach Road, Second Road, and other spots. The room was clean and matched the photos, and the air conditioning was quiet and worked well. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s guest friendly too: they hold the visitor’s ID at reception and call you when the visitor leaves.

The price was great value, but the room itself was just average. The bed wasn't very good, the TV was small, and the air conditioning took ages to cool things down. The passport check also took a long time and felt very fishy.

The main draw here is being able to make your own food. They provide cooking equipment and gas, with an open area where you can sit. The rates are reasonable, so it seems suited to retired guests staying for a long time, or anyone planning an extended stay in Pattaya.

The owner and staff were really nice, and the reception was very good. The hotel was also very clean. I'd recommend staying here.
