Getting food is easy, with stalls and 7-11s along the road at both the front and back of the building. The beach is conveniently close too. Bolt and Grab rides can be hard to get during off-peak times, but I had a good stay overall.

This is one of those older condos like the View Talays, with a large swimming pool and bars and restaurants on the ground floor. It’s only a few minutes from Jomtien beach and the baht buses. The units are much bigger than in newer buildings, and the price is reasonable.

S1 and S2 are the buildings nearest the beach. They share the entrances, security, swimming pool and gym. The location is great, and it’s popular with long-term renters, including many foreigners who make their homes here. Good value too.
