After traveling all the way from Canada to Thailand, I arrived to find that the specific apartment I'd booked months earlier was no longer available. They offered me a smaller flat with no view, with either a small discount or one day free. I hadn't come all that way to settle for different accommodation. The way they handled it made things worse. I was told that if I didn't accept the smaller apartment, I would need to cancel myself, which could mean fees and penalties on my side, even though the problem was the property's responsibility. That felt deeply unprofessional and showed little understanding of hospitality. When a confirmed booking can't be honored, the property should offer a suitable solution or compensation instead of putting the burden on the guest. They eventually canceled from their end, but only after a very stressful ordeal. Be aware that a confirmed room here may not actually be guaranteed.

We had a fantastic 19-night holiday in the apartment and would happily stay there again. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure, and there was plenty of storage for our clothes. Everything we needed was there, and the apartment was bright, beautiful and very clean. We were on the top floor, with impressive views both day and night. Thank you xx

I'm staying in one of Tobias’ condos now, and both he and the place have been great. The location is very good and the sea view is perfect. He's been really helpful the whole time, and I'd definitely stay again.

The host, TOBIAS, is an absolute gentleman. Nothing was too much trouble, and he even arranged our airport pick-up and return. He was always there for questions, from where to shop to what to do. The apartments are clean, have great views, and are a minute from the beach, with lots of bars and restaurants around. The pool area is great, and the block has cafes, bars, restaurants and a handy convenience shop downstairs for things like milk, bread, water and beer 😂. Everything you need is there. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely be back. I'd book with Tobias again without hesitation. Thank you!

The host is nice, and the apartments I've rented are cozy and lovely. My main problem is the renovation noise around the condo. It's an old building and a lot of owners are renovating, so it feels like it never ends. On weekdays during the day the noise is so bad I can't even hear YouTube, which may not bother tourists but is rough when you're working from home. I also sometimes see cockroaches, even though I don't keep food at home.
