The grounds are green, well cared for and peaceful, and the whole condominium feels convenient despite being old. It’s a quiet area away from the roads and not crowded, perhaps because many apartments aren’t occupied full time. Every apartment has a side view of the sea. The beach, supermarket and bus station are easy to reach on foot. There’s a large pool, but no free gym. A paid gym is available, though it’s quite small.

The grounds are spacious and beautifully landscaped, with orchids, bougainvilleas, topiary, plumerias and palm trees. It’s very peaceful, with no road noise or dust, and all the rooms have a partial sea view. There’s private access to the beach. The property is older, but well managed. The air conditioning works very well. The large, clean pool has loungers, showers and changing rooms, and there are three tennis courts plus table tennis. Daily rentals aren’t allowed.
