Renting this condo was the worst experience I’ve had in Pattaya. There’s bird droppings everywhere, and the management is very poor. The manager seems to care only about money. They charge for everything, but when we need help, they make excuses and don’t give sincere assistance. I never got fair support.

There’s a bad motorcycle taxi service at the condo gate, and you can’t use Bolt or Grab motorcycle rides there.

I’ve lived here for nine years. It’s a nice place in a good location, and there’s no flooding. The one thing I don’t like is the balcony, which has a silly design.
