I stayed for a month in October 2024. The place is quiet, with shops and supermarkets nearby, and the reception staff were friendly. It’s on Soi Ko Pai 4, near 3rd road and Tony¨s Gym, but a good distance from the center, so having a car or motorbike helps. You can also get around by taxi or motorbike taxi. The room was large, with a big bed, air conditioning, a safe, large chairs, a fridge and a roomy closet. It was cleaned once a week. What stood out most to me were the unusually large balcony and big TV. For the price, I thought it was good value.

I stayed for more than 20 days and my room was never cleaned, even after I asked. The short-haired staff member also spoke to us badly. A very bad hotel. I won't book here again. 🤬🤬🤬

Really bad. The room was dirty, damp and musty, with insects, and there was no service. An older woman with short hair was rude and behaved badly toward customers. Just a bad experience all around.
