We had a great stay here. It works really well for team building or a large private group. Each room has its own bathroom and living room, with TV channels from different countries. You can relax in your room or hang out by the pool, where there’s a grill, space to play music and dance, and a big TV. The pool is small, but having it to ourselves was great. Worth every penny.

There were six couples in our group, including friends from Australia, and we had a great time at Khun Mai Villa. It has eight bedrooms, a pool, and a BBQ area. The design is modern and nice, and the villa was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend Khun Mai Villa to anyone planning a Pattaya holiday.

We’d booked eight rooms, but two were locked and seemed to be occupied. When staff came to sort it out, they offered either a refund or a move to another hotel. They kept saying the website information was wrong and the resort only had six rooms. But we’d seen online reviews from earlier guests saying there were eight, which made the situation feel dishonest and like a major red flag. We arrived on the afternoon of November 27, and nobody was there to welcome us. We had to contact them ourselves before anyone showed up. We’d hired a car from Bangkok to Pattaya, and the delay meant paying the driver extra. There was no one at the hotel counter, which was a big disappointment. With eight people and no time to find somewhere else at the last minute, a refund wasn’t workable. We had to accept a different hotel, a regular hotel completely unlike the resort we’d booked. Staff didn’t mention any compensation. Another big disappointment.

The owners are so friendly that the place feels like your own home. It’s peaceful and clean, and not far from the beach. Every room has a bathtub and is decorated beautifully. If you get a chance to visit Pattaya, try staying here. You’ll fall in love with it.
