The room was clean, though the lighting was too dim. For two people, it costs 1,200 THB a night, including a motorcycle and a simple breakfast. That works well since you don't have to rent from another shop, and you can call the guy to pick you up right at the pier. Overall, it was a good stay.

The included motorbike worked well, and breakfast, though there was no choice, was pretty good. The air conditioning was the best I've had so far in Thailand: quiet on auto fan, easy to use, and fine to leave running while we were out. We stayed two nights in room B2 in May 2017. The rooms are fairly modern, with a football theme, and seemed popular with local young people visiting the island. Furniture is simple but functional, and the bed was comfortable. The linen and towels weren't very clean, though. The bathroom was just okay, and the sink looked poorly fixed to the wall, as if it might come loose at any time. After heavy rain, there was a bad smell in the bathroom for a while.

There's a lot of bars nearby, so it can get noisy depending on which way your windows face. The noise dies down around midnight. The rooms are new, spacious, clean, air-conditioned, and decorated around football (soccer). From the second-floor walkway, and a little from some rooms, you can see the sea. The owners are really nice and speak English very well, which is uncommon on Koh Larn. They also provide rides to and from the pier, plus motorcycles for rent.

The staff are very helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Most have football club themes, though some don't. You can rent a motorbike to explore the island. The downside is the distance from the beaches, and the narrow road makes walking around pretty difficult.
