Kram Pattaya Resort Hotel

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel has a big swimming pool by the seaside. It’s a nice, affordable place with a good price to quality ratio, and the staff were friendly. We did have bad luck with the shower: hot and cold water kept alternating, so it was impossible to shower properly. We reported that and some other shower problems in the evening. Someone came to fix it, but the water issue remained. Still a nice hotel otherwise.

As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and comfortable matters a lot, and I did here. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, and made me feel welcome and respected. My room had a beautiful view, which made it even more relaxing. The hotel was clean, calm, and well maintained, and the food was delicious and nicely prepared. I had a peaceful, memorable stay at Kram Pattaya and would recommend it to solo female travelers and anyone looking for somewhere safe and pleasant.

I enjoyed staying at this small, modern resort. My pool access room was clean and comfortable, though the rooms are close together and inconsiderate neighbors could make things noisy. The pools look lovely and the water was clean, but they’re small and a bit cold. The room service felt expensive by Thai standards, almost twice what I paid at a larger Pattaya resort on the same trip. Breakfast also wasn’t exciting, and I expected more from a resort in Thailand.

The floating breakfast service was frustrating. I’m vegetarian, but nobody asked about my food preferences, so I couldn’t eat half of what they served. Before the meal, I used a translation app and told the staff member six times that I’d need another coffee later. They still ignored the request. When I eventually asked, the staff member was incredibly impolite, refused, and said I’d have to pay extra for anything. I’d made a real effort to communicate, so being treated that way was a letdown. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the infinity pool and amenities were excellent. Reception and cleaning staff were very warm despite some language barriers.
