Kudos Parc Pattaya Hotel

The worst part was feeling that we couldn't trust the place with our belongings. Money disappeared from our room, and two other families had the same problem. We reported it, but management wasn't helpful and took no responsibility. The security felt seriously lacking. A hotel should let you feel safe, and we felt the opposite here. If you care about your things and peace of mind, avoid this place. If you do visit, don't trust the staff with your money; keep it with you. A very bad experience.

We've booked this same hotel three times now, and it's been an awesome, five-star experience for our family.

The rooms are new and cleaned every day. Breakfast is prepared for Indian guests, so there isn't an international breakfast selection. The hotel is generally good, and the front office manager was able to help with everything. He speaks English very well. Thank you, Mr Vaibhov Gidwani, for all your help 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We were made to stay for three nights and four days despite having serious problems, and when we asked for a refund after the first day, they refused. We'd booked five rooms and arrived around 12:45 am. Nobody told us there would be no hot water. Two rooms had broken ACs on the first day, and gaps around the bathroom doors let bad smells into the rooms. The bathing spaces were so cramped it was hard to move or use soap, and the bathrooms had no proper support. Getting help was also frustrating: we had to call 0 for housekeeping, the front desk or restaurant, but they rarely picked up. This was easily the worst hotel stay we've had, and we can't recommend it. Given the poor basic amenities and service, we suspect many of the positive online reviews may be promoted or fabricated.
