Laguna Heights 7 Dream Beach Apartment

The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to watch tropical sunsets, with great ocean views, and the location is handy for the beach, convenience stores, restaurants, and other small businesses. The receptionists are nice and very helpful. The apartments are getting old, though. The glass doors are noisy and unattractive, the main bathroom sink is badly designed and splashes water everywhere, and the wallpaper is peeling. The rooftop pool is too small for exercise, especially with ramps on both sides. There are cameras everywhere and it always felt like someone was watching my every move. That’s the main reason I moved elsewhere.

Rooms vary depending on the owner, but most are very good, and the beach is less than 100 meters away. If your room doesn’t have a good ocean view, go up to the pool level. The views there are a wow. Restaurants, bars, and a mini-mart for essentials are all very close.

The surroundings are green and the pool is okay, but the place smells bad and doesn’t seem well maintained. One staff member, Bella, was rude and seemed uneducated, and I don’t think she should be at the front desk. Whether it’s recommendable probably depends on what you’re looking for.
