They turned me away when I arrived, saying there was a fake Agoda listing with the same name and they had no record of my booking. I’d travelled from Bangkok to Pattaya after a tiring day, then spent until 2 a.m. trying to reach Agoda customer support. Eventually they let me settle it the next day after I managed to get through to Agoda. On top of that, someone entered my room and checked our luggage while I was out, without my permission. Luckily I’d taken all my money with me on the island tour that day, or it might have been stolen. Be careful before booking this hotel. An Indian hotel manager is always a red flag.

We stayed about a week. The room was clean and had air conditioning and a balcony, and it’s near the city center. The bathroom and toilet, though, weren’t clean in the same way.

Nothing fancy, just a simple hotel with regular rooms, a nice pool, and continental breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

My wife and I stayed here and the privacy was out of this world. The place was amazingly clean, with daily service, and the staff were dynamic. Hashmi, the concierge, was brilliant: funny, knowledgeable, and his English was better than this little Aussie’s. And without question, it was cheap as chips.

For around ฿800 a night at the end of July, I thought this was very good value. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the rooms were spacious, though they could use a little more lighting. There’s no view from the rooms, and parking is outside on the street. The location was okay, about 1.5 km from Pattaya Central Beach.
