Breakfast was a letdown: very few choices for vegetarians, and the food’s taste and quality weren’t good. I also found the service poor, and the room facilities and general experience didn’t meet my expectations. There was no safe in the room for valuables, and basic toiletries like a toothbrush weren’t provided. I put out the room service sign when I went out, but even after waiting four or five hours, housekeeping hadn’t made up the room. I recently stayed at La Bali Resort in Pattaya, and unfortunately wasn’t satisfied.

The food was very good, and the rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable and well kept. The location is convenient, and the interior looks very nice. Service was average, though, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t good during my stay. For the price, I thought it was good value.

Street food and a 7/11 are right across from the hotel. The rooms feel luxurious and have balconies, and the location works well: the bus depot is a 10-15 minute walk, while Pattaya beach takes 15-20 minutes on foot or about five minutes by cab.

There’s not much near the hotel beyond a 7/11 right out front, and it’s far from the Center, so you’ll need a taxi to get there. The place feels old and worn out. The guests seem to be mainly Chinese groups arriving every day by bus and leaving the next day. The shower and bed are noisy, and management isn’t very friendly. I wouldn’t stay here again. For that price, you can find better value.

My luggage was torn open with a spoon and money was taken from it, even with staff present. I believe Ms. Aoa was involved along with another security person, and that hotel staff helped outsiders get in to rob guests. I’ve attached related images and video. Please ignore the room photos, as I can’t delete them.
