The rooms were clean, the water was hot, and the people at the front desk were nice. The location was great too, though it's about 1 km from the main road, so you'll need a taxi or scooter. What put me off was the thousands of bats living in the trees above the pool. These weren't baby bats, they were huge, about the size of crows. I was scared of getting rabies, so I couldn't bring myself to use the pool or bar area. I never expected bats to be the thing that bothered me, but it did. Everything else was fine.

The bats were noisy at night, loud enough to disturb me now and then. Apart from that, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very clean, my room was well maintained, and the facilities were great. The pool was especially nice and made the place feel relaxing. The staff gave good service, and everything else was excellent.

I came back for my third stay, from 6/3/26-27/3/26, and everything was excellent again. Let's Hyde Resort and Villas feels like an oasis in the city. I loved the location, room, atmosphere, and especially all the staff. Meaw and I had a wonderful stay, and I'll be back. I want to thank Receptionist Lady Nueng in particular. On my way back from a walk, I saw a Thai girl around 4 or 5 years old by the gates with no adult nearby. I'm a retired Police Officer, so I was very worried about her safety. With Nueng's help, we found her Grandma some distance away and reunited them. Everything was safe. Any of the staff at Let's Hyde Resort and Villas would have done the same. They're all great ambassadors. Thank you, Nueng!

A calm spot for some quiet time. The hotel grounds are lush and well maintained 🌿, and the pool is comfortable. This is one of my favorite places I've stayed recently.

The Deluxe Villa was spacious and surrounded by a beautiful garden, and the pool was lovely. I also enjoyed the special breakfast by the pool and a relaxing massage at Hyde and Away. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, and the Caravan restaurant was super. The whole place is superb. We'll miss it when we get back to Chiangmai! 😁😍
