The rooms are fantastic and spacious, with everything you need, including a safety box, microwave, and large couch. The staff are friendly, housekeeping is very nice, and even security were helpful. Such a great hotel.

The baht bus passes the entrance, which makes it easy to get home after a night out. The location is just right, close to the bars but far enough away that the music doesn’t drive you mad. I love this hotel and have stayed here several times.

The price is good, and the rooms are spacious with AC, a TV, and a mini fridge. Staff are friendly and leave you in peace. I’ve stayed here several times over the years when visiting Pattaya, and it’s right in the middle of all the action with lots to see. The lobby area smelled bad when I walked through; maybe a blocked drain was causing it. A sea view would be about the only thing I could ask for.

The room smelled of drains, so I covered them to stop the odor. The hotel is getting old, but I chose a basic budget room at a great price, so I can’t complain about that. Everything else was good. Three stars is generous. I AM PLEASED THEY REPLIED TO MY REVIEW. Few hotels do!
