It’s centrally located near restaurants, grocery shops, vegetables and fruit, a supermarket, and a flea market with all kinds of cooked food. The suites are spacious, the place is clean, and the staff are polite. There are decent senior occupants. It’s at the intersection of South Pattaya Road and Third Road.

This suits me fine for a long stay. It’s a service apartment, maintained but dated, and rooms are cleaned once a week. Towels are provided, and there are two room types: a studio for 12k/month and a suite for 18k/month. Electricity and water cost extra. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest bar area on Soi Buahkao, though you can hear traffic from Third Rd. The pool is usually cold because it doesn’t get much sun. There’s no gym or room service, but there is underground parking. Wi-Fi is decent near a router, though there aren’t any in the rooms.

The rooms are lovely, and the beds are so comfortable that getting up in the morning is hard. Breakfast is tasty too. The location works really well if you want some peace and quiet while staying close to the main attractions. I'd highly recommend it.

The rooms are large for the price, and the place is clean with good management. There's an open ground-floor area and a private pool space. Good food options are nearby, and there's a good scooter hire place just opposite.
